Fixed Height

BOOMS

Equipment precisely

where you need it.

Syndeo™ Fixed Height Booms family

is a modular system for equipping workstations in

surgery, endoscopy, anesthesia or diagnostics.

Tailored to the respective discipline, these modules can be used to

configure a clear work environment that enables efficient and safe workflows.

The XXL lifter and docking system was developed to conveniently dock and lift anesthesia

devices. Anesthesia machines can easily be moved to an optimal working height by

remote control.

The floor of the OR remains free from equipment, which makes post-operative

cleaning easier and supports an efficient workflow.

Installation advantages

that save time and money

Syndeo™ adjustable height Booms feature an integrated design

that simplifies installation by hiding bolt fittings, protecting

cables and hoses.

The quick-lock connection system allows for fast,

secure connections, while spacious assembly openings

speed up cable installation, saving time and money.

Easily accessible cover panels allow for straightforward

cable access and load adjustments

without special tools.

Adjustable height booms can be adapted to

various and even high loads. The installer can

simply use a tool to adjust the system so that

the lighting, supply unit, trays and monitor

carrier remain positioned horizontally

again to achieve perfect alignment.

An optional pulley device enables the

subsequent pulling through of cables

and hoses. This reduces the required

installation period at the site and

facilitates the subsequent fitting tasks.

Adjustable Height

BOOMS

Designed as a system solution, with the flexibility to meet the unique needs of each healthcare

setting. Tests show that the screws in the NoDrift brake system only require adjustment once

every two years, which leads to enormous savings and an incredibly low cost of ownership.

Designed with safety in mind, the construction is based on the Poka-Yoke principle which

minimizes assembly and installation errors.

The spring arms deliver the largest angle of rotation and the largest

vertical articulation. This results in an unmatched freedom of movement,

delivering OR equipment wherever it is needed.

SMOOTH TRAVEL

The brake is constructed of concave and convex contacts, leading to

reliable positioning accuracy. It doesn’t drift. The brake mechanism is very

easy to maintain and the service interval has been significantly reduced.

NODRIFT BRAKE SYSTEM

The audible click of two securing elements indicates that the spring arm

has been correctly inserted into the extension arm. This makes the initial

installation and future spring arm replacements become a breeze.

CLICK&SAFE

Collisions with walls and ceilings are easily prevented, due to the two

horizontal stops adjustable in 15° steps, and a continuously adjustable

height stop. During the initial installation the system can be configured so

that it will never touch walls, ceilings or other medical devices.

COLLISION PROTECTION

The plastic components included are of the highest quality. They fit

perfectly and snap together reliably. Some covers are screwed together

which ensures that they will withstand even hardest collisions.

SEAMLESS MOVEMENT MEETS

SHADOW MANAGEMENT

The success of a surgical procedure depends heavily on the correct, perfectly adapted

lighting. Key factors such as optimal light intensity, adjustable light field size, and precise color

temperature are essential for clearly visualizing skin, tissue, and bone. These elements form

the foundation for focused and fatigue-free work.In short, our lights create the ideal conditions

for you to work with precision and confidence. This includes intuitive operation and a carefully

curated selection of surgical lights—whether used individually or in combination.

The diverse features of the LED 6MC and LED 8MC puts them amongst the most modern

OT-lights on the market. Every characteristic and functionality is aimed at giving surgeons

worldwide the best possible prerequisites for a successful operation.

The OT-light LED 300 is one of the most popular on the market thanks to its ease of operation

and high functionality. With its mature, well-engineered design and various options, it offers

doctors and surgeons worldwide the reliable prerequisites for a successful operative treatment.

Dr. Mach

OR Lighting

Aesthetics meets ergonomics meets high tech. Our

OT-lights are designed to be optimally functional, handle

with maximum convenience and radiate minimal heat.

DESIGN

By virtue of its asymmetric position, the Dr. Mach handle allows the wound field to be illuminated

optimally. Rotating the handle focuses the light field. It’s sterile area can also be used to adjust

the light field diameter mechanically (LED 300 DF SC) or the colour temperature (LED 300 MC).

HANDLE

An HD or 4K camera which may optionally be integrated enables operations to be filmed.

Thanks to high depth definition and autofocus, razor-sharp images are always possible – ideal

for training purposes and documentation. All of the LED 300 series lights come with camera

preparation as standard (except the central spotlight option). Thus an HD camera can be

retrofitted at any time.

VIDEO

An optional fine laser dot defines the centre of the light field and

thereby aids optimal alignment of the light field to the wound area.

LASER POINTER

13

MACH LED300 MC

One of the highlights of the new

Mach LED 6MC and Mach LED 8MC

is the cascade system. Different

lens types are used in this system.

These lenses have their focusing at

70, 100 and 130 cm. As a result, a

vertical focusing of the light beam

throughout the depth of the wound

canal can be achieved. Thus the

surgeon no longer needs to manually

re-adjust the light when the depth

of the operating field increases.

OUTSTANDING

DEPTH

ILLUMINATION

The size of the light field can be

varied by turning the sterilisable

handle. The focusable light beam

allows spot illumination of deepest

wound channels with high light

intensity and exact matching of

the light field diameter to the

surgical situation. The focusing is

achieved by means of mechanical

(optional) and electronic light field

adjustment. The brightness of the

light field remains constant.

LARGE

FOCUSING

RANGE

A further innovation is the shadow

management, which is rendered

possible by numerous sensors in the

light. Any cluster that has its light

disturbed by the surgeon is turned

off. At the same time, the other light

clusters increase in intensity in order

to compensate for the shadow. Even

if the surgeon changes position, the

light field remains evenly illuminated

without the need to move the light

manually. The lux remain constant.

SYNDEO™ MONITOR CARRIERS AND SUSPENSION

SYSTEMS ARE THE ULTIMATE TEAM

Best in class bearings allow easy movement, which means monitor carriers can be quickly

re-positioned between procedures. This reduced room turn over time helps to maximize the use of

the OR.

In Hybrid Operating Rooms, SyndeoTM Spring Arms provide the best flexibility of any suspension

system. With a horizontal reach up to 10’ - 6”, the system can be installed outside the ceiling rail

or may entirely eliminate the need for a rail.

With its large vertical movement range, extraordinarily low positions can be achieved, which

makes any seated procedure more effective. When no in use, the system can be parked high, out

of the way, so that head space is free and clear.

The rapid development of new medical display technologies poses a significant challenge

for hospitals. In increasingly technologically complex environments a 26’’ or 32’’ monitor may

be required today, a 42’’ monitor in five years time. Today a four-fold system may be used in

diagnostics, in five years time a large screen system may be preferred.

SyndeoTM Medical Display solutions are ready for today’s requirements and can easily handle

future requirements–with the goal of enabling the best workflow and patient throughput.

Cables can be routed through the arm system easily and can be replaced with minimal effort.

By providing monitor carriers with best in class hygiene, vertical and horizontal movement

and with state of the art monitor tilting and handle options - meeting the high international

medical hygiene and safety standards.
